Once you have created your account, you can start posting jobs. Once you have filled out the details of a job, one of your quality control agents will review it and touch base with you to ensure it is optimised to bring you the best results.
Received qualified candidates
We select the best suited agencies to find candidates for the job. The quality control agent will brief and guide the agencies in their search. The candidates will be screened and quality certified by us before presented to you with a candidate compliance sheet.
Interview candidates
When you have decided which candidates you find most suitable, you can go ahead and run your interview and selection process. We recommend not exceeding 3 weeks for this selection.
Select the best candidate(s)
If you need, we can provide you with coding test, logics test and/or personality test. Once you have agreed on a work contract with a candidate, you can confirm that in the system and we will notify the other candidates that they are not selected.
Onboard new employee
Arrange for the relocation (if needed), welcome your employee in the company and her/his new role. Make sure they have a good introduction to the company and position.
